Urn Capacity

Urn capacity descriptions are approximate and are based on commonly used industry estimates relating capacity to a person’s pre-cremation body weight.

The amount and volume of cremated remains may vary depending on the cremation process and individual circumstances. Customers should confirm the required capacity with their cremation provider or funeral professional if they are uncertain whether a particular urn is suitable.

Evergreen Memorials does not perform cremation, funeral, or remains-handling services.

Personalized and Engraved Products

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted personalization details, including:

• Names

• Dates

• Messages

• Spelling

• Capitalization

• Punctuation

• Photographs

• Design selections

When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving it before engraving begins.

A product completed according to the information or approved proof supplied by the customer is not considered defective solely because the customer later wishes to change the submitted information.

If we make an engraving or production error that differs from the information or approved proof, we will provide an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy.

Photograph and Engraving Quality

The quality of a photo engraving depends significantly on the quality of the original photograph.

Low resolution, poor lighting, blur, heavy shadows, cropped features, screenshots, or damaged photographs may affect the final engraving. Although we may make reasonable adjustments to improve engraving suitability, we cannot guarantee that every photograph will produce the same level of detail or appearance as product examples.

Engraved photographs are artistic interpretations created on stone or metal and will not appear identical to photographs printed on paper or displayed on a digital screen.

Travel With an Urn
